Very soon, enrolment for classes at Kirkcaldy Art Club will take place on this coming Monday 2nd September, 2-3pm and 7-8 pm, and again on Tuesday 3rd September, 7-8 pm.
Enrolment for the children's class, Hot Pot Kids, will take place on Monday 2nd September, 4.30-5.30 pm.
There are some spaces in all classes, painting and pottery. Following requests from participants, who took part in a very successful summer school printing class, we are now ready to start a printing class. Enrolment for this printing class will take place at the times already stated. To join a class people have to take out a membership of the art club. Details of costs for membership and classes can be found on our website, kirkcaldyartclub.co.uk and also on our Facebook page. The printing class will take place on Monday mornings.
Painting classes for adults are on Monday afternoon, Tuesday afternoon, Tuesday evening, Wednesday evening and Thursday morning. Pottery classes are on Monday morning, Monday evening, Tuesday evening and Wednesday afternoon.
The children's art class takes place on Mondays, 4.30 - 5.30.
If anyone would like to visit the art club we are participating in Doors Open on Sunday 8th September, 11-4 pm. There will be an exhibition of members' work, including paintings, pottery, jewellery, cards and other craft items. There will be activities for children in the pottery and tea, coffee and home baking in the painting studio - something for everyone. Art Club members will be there to provide information about the art club and answer any questions. Some members will also be demonstrating there techniques in watercolour and acrylics.
A week later all classes will start from Monday 16th September
