All summer term classes are now over for this year.
At Kirkcaldy Art Club some members are still painting large panels for East Wemyss Care Home, depicting local scenes.
In addition others are working on the programme for next session from September 2019. As well as tutored classes there is a programme of demonstrations and workshops, all led by professional artists, some who live locally in Fife, and others from further afield, ie Edinburgh and Stirling, This adds to and enhances the tuition already provided by our tutors.
Later this summer, in early August, the art club has been invited to participate in The Dysart Festival . We will be open that day, with some members' work on display, some artists at work and coffee and tea available too. Until then most of our members will be enjoying the summer break until September.
We will be open again for 'Doors Open' on Sunday 8th September, when many buildings are open to the public. Hope to see many of our regular visitors then, and new visitors too.
