This will be an informative demonstration of silk painting application, techniques and colour mixing. The subject matter will be seascapes and landscapes. There will be lots of opportunity for questions and discussion throughout the demo. The tutor will demonstrate a step by step approach from initial drawing, selecting composition, to application of silk paint to achieve a completed art work. Faye is a Fine Art Graduate, who uses a variety of media, including watercolour, acrylics, pen and ink, and silk paint. Faye finds inspiration from the surroundings of both the East Neuk ,and West Coast. The boats, nets, and big vistas of the sea and inspiring landscape of the west continue to influence her subject matter.
